This case illustrates the proper way to fix tetracycline staining and fluorosis. Our patient came to us frustrated with the brown and white blotchy enamel. She has tried every whitening product on the market with poor results. When tetracycline staining is present in the enamel, the best way to permanently fix the issue is to place porcelain veneers. We placed 20 upper and lower eMax veneers. In addition to fixing the appearance of the enamel, the veneers were used to fix the symmetry and shape of her teeth. The porcelain we used is resistant to staining and will look this good for decades to come!
